If I could give less than one star I would. We are seniors with modest income, social security and a few investments. Mary’s mistakes on our 1040 cost us thousands. She entered someone else’s self employment income on our return. We were notified by the IRS that they needed more info and she said she’d fix it but she didn’t. And as if that’s not bad enough she never submitted a corrected form to the IRS and we were contacted again by the IRS this time with additional fees and penalties $14000! Today she sent the corrected 1040 form by email to us and told us we’d have to submit it. This after we paid her to submit an accurate amended return. Run run run away from this woman! Be aware!

They lost all of our tax documents and they won't take any accountability. We left all our documents with them, they lost them, and now they won't support us or help us. She simply told us to sit in her chair and see how she feels...she has 150 tax returns to do and has no time to help us.

This is my second year with Mary and she is always professional, gets my returns done timely and if I have any questions or concerns about my personal or business returns she is quick to respond. She and her office staff are wonderful! Highly recommended!!
