Never pay up front for services yet to be rendered: a lesson I knew but chose to forgo anyways. The team demonstrated a significant lack of professionalism, with subpar written communication and numerous filing errors that could have compromised my business’s legal and financial standing. Despite raising these issues, there was little improvement, leading me to mistrust their expertise and diligence. After reviewing IRS requirements that were clear as day on IRS website, yet missing from my form I requested a refund, which was never issued.

Charged us to do our business taxes and personal, and only did our personal taxes but did not file them or our business taxes… what was the point? Lacked response, and the job wasn’t done. Even after taking us through the process to make it seem like they were filed.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I can’t for the life of me figure out how they’re still in business. Can’t get them on the phone unless you choose the option of a new client, we paid for their monthly service to keep quickbooks organized for our business which was never done, and paid for them to file our taxes for 2021. Found out today through the IRS that our taxes were never filed. I would like to say that I’m shocked but after everything this company has put us through I’m not surprised at all.
