After a horrible experience at a local Lake Nona Tax company, Natalie at MYOB Consulting came to my RESCUE! Not only did she help organize our books but through her training program she held my hand and taught me how to use and understand Quickbooks for my business. She gave me the confidence to manage my own finances without relying on someone else to update the numbers and transactions. She is amazing and patient. I love that her program is able to teach me with my own transactions and everyday activity as opposed to hypothetical scenarios. Even when I'm in a jam I feel comfortable to reach out without feeling intimidated. Cannot thank Natalie enough for teaching me the tools I need to take control of business.

We contacted MYOB consulting to review some of our internal processes (both bookkeeping and non-bookeeping related). We also asked for assistance in regards to some new processes we knew we needed to put in place but didn’t really know how. Since Natalie and her team deal with so many different businesses they were able to provide some very useful information and insight on best practices regarding monthly bookkeeping procedures and other processes such as inventory management, business license compliance and sales/use tax compliance. We were also provided with SOPs for the processes we needed help with. Even after our scheduled in person meetings and phone calls Natalie quickly responds to any questions. Definitely worth our time and money and I would recommend this service to anyone who needs a second set of eyes to review internal processes.
