Dont even bother making an appointment, its very unprofessional and you never answer the phone. They made mistakes on taxes and didnt even bother to help customers afterwards. I have been waiting for four months, and I called and they told me to look up the IRS number on the internet and solve it and the IRS has no information about my Taxes🤷🏻‍♀️

Bad service… I have problems with my 2019 taxes and we are in 2023. I called them and they didnt help me resolve anything and the mistake was made by the accountant and now I have to pay $5000.00 for her mistake.
