I very much appreciate having the HQOL group this time of year. They’re really on top of things, plain and simple. I admittedly tend to submit my tax documents to them later than I should, but they continuously deliver for me without a hitch year after year. But it’s more than just the quality of their work, it’s the personal touch they add. They’re always the first card I receive around the holidays (once again on top of things lol) which makes me feel valued as one of their customers too.

I've worked with HQOL for several years now - My wife and I have a complicated tax situation with student loans, mortgages, LLCs etc. They've always handled these complex scenarios with ease, showing us the path forward for the best financial outcome. They are timely in their responses, and complete in their explanations. 10/10 would recommend!

For my first time going to actual accountants for my taxes, these guys were an amazing experience, I am confident in the work they did; and they were even able to summarize and educate me on the process and how they performed their work for me

I have worked with this company for many years and so tired of having to fight for everything I need. I gave them my tax info last year in February and I finally had to call them in May to see what was going on. NOTHING. The accountant that I worked with left this firm and no one told me and now 6 months later they want me to do what my accountant did. Really? Unprofessional. Unresponsive. Poor communication skills. If I could give them a minus 10 I would,
