I can not recommend East Orlando Bookkeeping enough! I am a newer client and could not be more pleased to have found them after a long road. I have a small yet growing interior design firm and Shanna is able to understand the unique complexities of the design and contracting industries. I do a large volume of product purchasing for such a small business and it is handled efficiently. Shanna gave me high level guidance to switch softwares that has already changed my business so much. An added bonus is that Shanna and team are full of joy and have great personalities! I am grateful for East Orlando Bookkeeping helping me gain financial clarity with my business.

Shanna has been nothing but professional and reliable since I started working with her over 4 years ago. She thrives in the details and it really shows in her work. She is always helpful and communicates exceptionally well. I highly recommend East Orlando Bookkeeping!

As a small construction company, when we came to Shanna with our bookkeeping situation we were concerned, tired and weary. we had spent a HUGE amount of money on a previous bookkeeper who was recommended to us and our books were a WRECK! we had over $400,000 in missing deposits and i couldn't even tell you how off we were on debits. (i say that only to let you know how bad the situation was.) on top of this, it was also tax time. shanna immediately understood our stress and panic and jumped right in to get us right. i told her i felt like i was driving a car blindfolded bc i had no idea where i stood on some important jobs. after working with shanna, i know exactly where i stand financially EVERY SINGLE DAY and i am able to make instant decisions and no longer feel stressed or overwhelmed. she is always available to answer simple and complex questions and has taken so many big things like payroll and billing and just handled them for me with ease. we could not recommend shanna more highly. i will admit she's not the cheapest bookkeeper around, but i went cheap and it nearly cost me almost $10k in unnecessary taxes. if you need accurate books and someone on your team to consistently be there for you - you found your bookkeeper!
