I used Burgos CPA Services for the first time this year after years of doing my own taxes. I thought I'd seek professional help as I became a home owner and wanted to be sure not to leave anything on the table. Turns out I did not register for Homestead and did not qualify, but they sent me all the info I needed to claim for next year (I probably would have missed the deadline otherwise). Also, I left out my Unemployment form (received after I filed) and I received my amended taxes by mail within a few days after I emailed them the doc! I did mine early, so I suggest doing the same for the same prompt service.
