I was referred by a good friend. Met with Will and an associate there. It felt like they rolled out the red carpet for me. They were kind and professional. I let them know that I was struggling after an accountant went MIA (what a mess). They gave me homework so that I could catch up and to let them know when I had it all together. They were like a breathe of fresh air and gave me a new sense of security over things. It felt great. We shook hands, all was well and when I had everything ready... they ghosted me. And I let it go. Months later, I wanted to inquire what happened. I was told in a voicemail "Will has no interest in doing any work with you." Woah. Caught me completely off guard. I would at least appreciated a formal letter of some kind. I know my former MIA CPA would have done that. The rest of the team there were very kind, and for that I'll give an extra star.
