John Henry Smith, CPA first helped me when mother passed after a short battle with cancer. At 63 y.o. she was not prepared to leave so soon. It was a very stressful time for me. Mr. Smith took his time to explain the process of settling her estate & took care of her tax return for me. A year later, I consulted with him on how to establish a corporation for my real estate business. His years of experience and wisdom was invaluable in assisting me with getting set up. I didn't have a clue what to do. I learned that I may not understand the tax world but trusting Mr. Smith to take care of things has made and saved me money. This firm is incredibly deceptive in their business practices. They will waste your time and lead you down the wrong path by giving you incorrect information to pad their hours. They charge 2-3x higher than any other CPA for basic tasks and will stretch something that can take a few days into weeks, while billing you three times as many hours than they actually worked.
