This firm totally mishandled my 2023 income tax. When I asked for their help, they refused. They had no empathy for me or that I had just lost my husband. Front desk was pleasant but not helpful.

Horrible customer service! Ive been always a business owner and always had CPA! I moved last year to Florida and was looking for a local CPA to do my taxes. I was told that they dont take people from the streetand Ive been asked offensive questions!!!! Who wants to work with these people!
