Unfortunately, had to leave - did personal taxes for years and the service was amazing, but when it came to my business taxes, however, every little thing felt nickeled and dimed - if I wanted to do anything on my own to save some money, very limited information on what was needed and a slight attitude was given. Ultimately, something was missed and I got a letter later on stating I had to pay more to the state. When I asked about this, the answer was that I wanted to do it on my own, so basically my fault.

Very Confusing. I spoke to Tracy on the phone about helping me with the financial areas on my business plan and came in to discuss my future business accounting needs. When meeting the next day, Tracy only wanted to help with my personal taxes which we had agreed previously I did not need. She was very rude in saying “ We do taxes, that’s how we make our money”. I thought I had finally found a decent small business attorney but unless you have tax issues, find someone else.

I came in with tax issues from previous years and she handled most everything with the IRS for me. Making the phone calls and guiding me and what I need to do so I can get on track and even found things I could write off to save a little more money.
