I run an IT Service provider business. We previously had independent contractor PT bookkeepers and upgraded to ABC Solutions a year ago. ABC has made us more efficient and automated, and we love their team approach to managing our account. I’m never worried about things being handled predictably.

I read another 1 star review on ABC and we had the EXACT same experience. Rayanne strung us along saying they were working on our taxes, missed the filing deadline, then emailed us and said we were not a fit and tried to fire us as clients. We had to beg her just to complete tax year '20 as agreed; and after we spent hours trying to figure out how to upload data and documents to their on-line portal (which is antiquated and unreliable). We continued to ask for updates but she was always traveling, on a conference call, or busy. She continuously blamed us for not providing the information correctly and indicated to us that we should know what she needed. We hired her for accounting expertise because we don't have it. She also sold us on a monthly fee for a version of accounting software that was way more than we needed. Just today we let her know that our refund was significantly less than expected and she essentially blew us off. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this company. Their service is absolutely horrible and Rayanne consistently treated us like we were bothering her - then she FIRED US. Just awful.

We could not find an accountant in our area who specialized in IT. Luckily, we were referred to Rayanne. I highly recommend her for any MSP. She makes bookkeeping issues easy and stream-lined. Our previous accountant would adjust our books without any explanation. Rayanne is informative and down to earth.

Rayanne has been the catalyst to helping set up my QB file to work better. If you are comfortable using QB, but haven't mastered it for your specific needs, Rayanne is an option worth trying. I have been using QB desktop for our business for several years. I'm stubborn and don't want to have to pay monthly fees for QB online or pay for their payroll services. I have successfully managed to manipulate QB to meet my needs. However each tax season I would get so frustrated with our CPA using my QB file to recreate our information in a different system that always resulted in more journal entries than what I liked in my QB file. I always felt these JEs don't allow for accurate year to year report comparisons. Our CPA has been great for tax purposes, but not so much for QB utilization. This last year I finally better understood my deficiencies and in turn what our CPA couldn't provide. Rayanne quickly understood what I was trying to accomplish during our initial 1 hour consultation. We have spent 3 separate 1 hour zoom sessions with her making adjustments to my QB remotely with me being able to see everything she is doing. Additionally she is showing me how to record items that I didn't even realize were not showing up on my reports properly. The zoom session is recorded and I can reference it as needed until the new stuff is committed to memory!

Rayanne and her team have been life savers for my small business that I started a few years ago! She helped clean up a giant mess that my former accountant left me in, and also trained me in Quickbooks which I had to learn starting from scratch. I can now breeze through running my books from my home office, and if I ever have questions, she is very quick to respond! She prepares both my personal and business taxes, and the process is made very simple. I can simply upload all of my tax documents online, and she takes care of everything else. Rayanne also sat down with me to discuss ways in which I could help my business grow/become more profitable. As a new business owner, this was incredibly helpful! I'm just so thankful to have found Rayanne. I have peace of mind knowing she is handling all of the things I don't even know I'm supposed to be doing! I've recommended her to quite a few other local business owners!

I have been a client of Rayanne and her team for several years after firing my previous “master accountant” and I can say w/o a shadow of a doubt she is a caring and brilliant accountant. We met w Rayanne and were overwhelmed w her knowledge both regarding tax law and quickbooks, signed up w her and have never looked back. They trained our controller and myself. Handle our personal taxes for both me and my wife. Cannot gush enough about Rayanne and her company. Beyond the tops.

Wow! Where to begin! Went to Rayanne in December 2018 to get a head start on my taxes and cleaning up our business QB. Long story short... she strung me along having her staff tell me they were working on my taxes, missed the October 15th extension deadline for filing and then emailed me October 16th and said we were not a fit. I kept in touch with her through out the year and asked for updates but she was always traveling, on a conference call or busy moving. She made a last minute scramble to ask me for documents she needed then belittled be by suggesting I should have known what she needed. You hire a professional to do a service that is beyond your knowledge base and Rayanne...you failed.
