My experience with this company was short and to the point I was calling to find a new tax professional. The first day My wife called asking for the email since we spoke to them a few months before and they said we could send in the information when we were ready. When she spoke to the woman over the phone she was short and condescending. The next day when I gave them a call I got the voicemail at first. Then I was called back by Jerry and asked why I was calling as if we were bothering them which I would not expect from someone who gives a public service. I'm definitely going to look somewhere else and honestly would not have put in a review if I was spoken to with a little bit of tact and respect.

Why did I give one star? If you read the information on the web site you should notice that there is no person's name mentioned anywhere. The "I" who formed the firm never says who "I" is. And there is NO mention if the "I" is a certified accountant or if the work is performed by a CPA. If you think you will be getting professional certified accounting services you may not be. If anyone finds out that this is incorrect, please write a review providing the CPA information for the A & J Tax and Payroll Services business. Of course, you may not need a CPA to do your taxes or payroll but if you think you have one and don't, that's different!

My husband and I have been working with Jerry over 10 years. We remain satisfied with his service and knowledge of changes in the tax law.
