I did my 2022 taxes with them and they were great. 2023 has been a nightmare. I sent all my documents and awaited the return amount. I was chasing them for nearly 4 months months. NO RESPONSE. No call. No email. I finally had to take my taxes to H&R Block and will owe late fees now. I don't understand how you can own a business and not have the courtesy to reach out to your clients. A simple "sorry, no can do at this time" would have sufficed. It is very disappointing as I've recently learned that others have experienced the same thing. I do not like giving a poor review to a small business, but my moral compass is telling me otherwise in this scenario as I hope my sharing my experience will prevent someone else from having to endure this mess. If I could ever get a response/apology from them, I would be happy to update my review with the resolution.

Avoid at all costs. Failed to file extensions that they themselves recommended and insisted. As a result we ended up with late filing fees and penalties. Refuses to answer calls or own up to their mistakes.

The worst this year!! They have had my taxes since March and have done NOTHING with them!! I will be reporting them.

I have been going to Ron and Janet to file my taxes for over 16 years now. They helped me through many phases of life and I appreciate them. I will continue to use their services for as long as I can. Thanks Ron and Janet! Amy
