I am here to give you the best experience I have had in this office, my whole family has been going with them for more than 10 years and has not heard a single complaint. Every time I go Jenifer and Yannell are always so patient with explaining situations for my understanding and always so generous and helpful. Worst customer service, lady was watching her shows and made a mistake. When we told her to fix it she blamed it on us and ended the call. Rude!!!!

Refused to fix a mistake they made because they were to busy watching their telenovelas(Soap opera) to notice they were using the wrong documents. When I called them and asked for a letter explaining their mistake they refused and said it was my problem to deal with and didn’t offer no further assistance. They didn’t apologize and they were so rude on the phone to the point they hung up. $250 to the trash for a mistake they made. Worst customer service, avoid both locations of this place and save your money because they do not care for their customers . They only care about the money and their tv time while servicing customers.
