The entire team, including Alan, always made themselves available and answered all questions thoroughly. They always responded same day, if it was a business day. As with any startup, I'm insanely business and I was admittedly slow getting them information and not once did they complain or get frustrated. Goska did my taxes and her customer service was superb. For that, I'll consider using them again. My biggest qualm, and the reason I docked a star, was I felt that they mislead on pricing. I'm a ten month old business and they charged me just short of 1,200 to prepare my taxes. I spoke to two individuals who led me to believe I would not pay over 1,000, which imo is still a lot. Alan remedied the situation and was very easy to deal with, when I was shocked by the amount I was charged.

Easily the worst experience I've had with a CPA. lack of communication aside, they over charge you for tax preparation. They do not review your taxes with you, instead tell you to review it for correctness. If I knew that, I wouldn't need a CPA! For business and personal tax preparation, I was charged over 2K! Never had that before. Constantly receive messages from the IRS about money owed and late fees. This place just isn't worth your time or money. Find someone who will actually do a good job and isn't concerned with extorting you for money.

Experienced what it looks like many others did unfortunately, they even shared another clients social security numbers with me on accident which was rather shocking. Constantly billed me for hours but nothing got done it felt like. I left the office each time more unclear on what next steps where. I wouldnt recommend using them for any small business tax help!

Master scammers. I have been doing my taxes for over 20 years, and have NEVER dealt with the incompetence, unprofessionalism, and exorbitant costs that we dealt with working with this company. For our tax preparation alone, we were charged $4,500 (business & personal) when we had never previously paid more than $2,000 in a year for tax preparation. As if the costs werent outrageous enough, there were multiple mistakes with a clear lack of communication/documentation internally. We received multiple letters from the IRS, and some saying that they were going reposes our belongings! Talk about stressful. Additionally, if you call or e-mail with ANY question (no matter how small), you are billed for that time. Again, something that we had never dealt with before. The last straw came when we questioned a bill from them that was incorrect (double billed), and THEY fired us immediately via e-mail and without even a courtesy phone call to try and resolve the issue. Mind blowing. We were new to CO and trying to go with a local CPA, but needless to say, we are back with our old accountants (in CA), and they just completed our taxes (business & personal) for less than $2,000 - and without any mistakes. Be warned! Negative Quality, Professionalism, Value
