I have worked with several professionals at Timberline on multiple mutual clients. Margaux, Brooke and Blake are extremely knowledgeable and care about their clients. Unfortunately the tax assistance business has a bad reputation because of bad actors but these guys are the real deal - there is no high pressure sales, they get results legally in a transparent and friendly manner.

I had a years long IRS issue that was very complicated. It caused many restless days and nights. Over the years I had contacted at least 20 law firms, accountants, tax groups, you name it, I tried. I spent money with 3 different agencies of one sort or another over the years, only to be deflated. At the time I was introduced to Joe Stroup at Timberline along with his assistant Veronica I was working with another group and had already spent thousands with them. It was very far along in the process and they had me scared to death. It was absolutely terrible. I was literally weeks from disaster. In the middle of all this, I get a call out of the blue from Timberline Tax Group. I was introduced to Joe on this call. After speaking with him for 20 minutes or so, I instantly felt like I found someone who knew what he was doing and had a plan. Within a few hours, I had contacted my previous agency and told them to cease and desist. Timberline and Joe took over representation with the IRS and gave me hope. Joe was readily available for all my questions which were many. It seemed as though he knew how to handle every situation I threw at him. He was able to immediately tell me what forms needed to be filed and how to deal with every detail. He is truly an amazing guy. To make a long story shorter, he got me handled quickly and professionally with the IRS. In addition, the fees they charged were more than reasonable compared to Optima, Anthem, Polston to name a few. Now I have a payment plan set up and a plan to be free of this burden soon. I was even able to get my passport back. I knew there was someone out there who could help, I just had to find them. Well, I was so fortunate they found me. Now I can move forward. Highly recommended! Dillon & Adam delivered big time, I had a long process to resolve a 941 issue that was a mistake on the IRS’s side, been going on since 2019, the IRS made me feel like I was at fault & definitely felt like a high school bully, they saw the problem through until it was finally resolved. They were very responsive, easy to work with & knowledgeable. Hope to not need their services again but if myself or anyone I now does, I’ll know where to go. The fair & reasonable fee was well worth it. Everything was handled very professionally & organized. If you find yourself reading this & needing help to resolve an IRS issue, you have found the BEST!

Adam at Timberline, with the help of Jordan, have been a huge, huge help to me, not only navigating the complexities and going to bat for me, but with humanizing the process. Prompt responses. They are dealing directly with the IRS, which is something I never would want to or could even do. In a super complex and difficult time for me and my partner they made it clear cut, easy to see. We need wisdom and experience. They negotiated a very doable payment plan, and most of all have left me with a peace of mind that I’m a good hands. During the fe-building and recovering of our tax situation this is critical. I need to know that someone is in front of me handling matters with the IRS and these guys have been fantastic at doing g just that.

After attempting to work with 2 other firms who simply just wanted more money from me I received a call from Timberline. John made it sound like they could do things immediately and they did!
