They had high reviews so I decided to give them a go. First thing you do is drop off previous years' returns so they can review them and make copies. AFAIK Connie is their only accountant. I dropped them off and came back a week later. She didn't recognize me and hadn't made any copies. So I gave her another week. I came back and the place was all locked up. I waited another week (3 weeks now) and I was able to speak with Connie. She thought I was someone else. I told her that I changed my mind and would not be using their services. I then asked for my previous 3 years' returns back. She couldn't find them and again was getting me confused with other clients. After about 10 minutes she found them and gave them back to me. Do YOU really want someone like this doing YOUR taxes??!!

I've been doing my own taxes with TurboTax for years. This year I had some unusual tax issues and didn't trust TurboTax to get it right so decided to use a professional tax preparer instead. I am so glad I did! Now I can relax and wait for my refund knowing it was done correctly.
