BEWARE!!! Someone recommended Jeana Pittman for taxes and she royally screwed mine. It sounds like this was her first year solo (she was previously with the tax ladies). She seemed a bit scatter brained, had to send her documents multiple times and she wouldn't communicate directly with my husband, even after sending his info multiple times. All of this I looked over, thinking it was just our first time using her and it would all be fine. The real kicker though, is that she didn't include any of my income in our taxes and it was only caught months later by my mortgage lender (I obviously should have been more thorough checking them). She did fix them when I told her, but wouldn't refund our payment. Anyway, would not recommend her! Steer clear y'all!
