Avoid this practice at all costs. Rudeness. Incompetence. Confrontational. Very unprofessional. In 2019, the IRS contacted me informing me that I owed them more than $6,000 from my 2017 filing. This was all due to this practice not producing required paperwork that needed to go to the IRS. I reached out to Brenda and Rose for help. Rather than work with me to get the issue resolved, they stonewalled me and informed me that it couldn't be a clerical error, that I really did owe the IRS money. It seemed too coincidental that the amount owed happened to be EXACTLY the rounded dollar amount of taxes that my consulting business paid the government in taxes. Luckily, I was able to catch this on my own and through persistence, I was finally able to get my records from Rose. They gave me many excuses for why they couldn't produce my tax records in a timely manner. It took weeks of reaching out to them just to get my records. Long story short - they never produced the W2s from my consulting business to be mailed to the IRS and that was the issue. The IRS was paid, but didn't match up that money with my consulting business. I'm happy to never have to deal with them again, I hope I can save you the same legal and financial headaches that I ran in to. Do yourself a favor and find a professional CPA. 2023 Update: It seems that my experience is not isolated, there are several other similar scathing reviews of this business. My advice: avoid at all costs.

Brenda helped me with my first 1099 tax return as a contractor. She saved nearly a 1/3rd of what I would have paid — all in just a 40 minute consultation! She was both knowledgable and personable; I'd definitely recommend her services.

I love Brenda! She has helped us so much with getting Quickbooks set up and running for our new business. She is so patient and generous with her time.
