Robyn has been doing our taxes for five years now. Everyone in that office is great! Very friendly, and very informative on any changes we should make and why. I noticed the previous post with a one star, and it sounds like there may be a little more to that story than is being told. Robyn did my taxes for a few years while i dated a friend of her daughters. For my 2016 tax returns she told me i should have spent more time working than sitting on the couch watching tv. For context i was only working on weekends due to being in school five days a week to get my degree and also interning 4 days a week. Even though I didn't need to explain myself, i did and she gave me a nasty look like "sure." I never went back after that. Mind you, she said this to me while also preparing my documents in her daughter's name so it looked like she was working. Pretty ironic.
