I love Allison. She is always willing to answer my questions and help me in any way she can. She is always responsive to emails and phone calls. Using Talcott for my tax preperation has been super easy and that's all I want. They have taken the burden of doing taxes myself off my shoulders, which is a huge relief. I have had my taxes done at Talcott Tax Service for the last 10 + years Allison has always been more than helpful, she has answered my calls and helped me with questions other than tax matters. She always friendly and the office staff make you feel valued. Also a shout out to Bob he always comes in to greet me as a friend and I appreciate that friendship.
