I have been working with Mr McCollum for several years, and I can't imagine filing my taxes without him! He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. His attention to detail is impressive, and he is always available to answer my questions. I trust him completely with my taxes. This was the 2nd time we’ve used McCollum tax services for our taxes. 1st year filed no issues, 2022 taxes were never filed after 2 rejected attempts. I had called the irs for another issue when I was informed my 2022 taxes were not filed for an INCORRECT DOB!! I tried numerous times to reach out, I left voicemails and emails w/no type of response what so ever. Ended up having someone else file them on an emergency basis and got my problem resolved in a very timely manner. I was really upset and disappointed by the lack of communication on something that was so simple and could have been verified so easily on his part.

Mr. McCollum Is extremely wise, experienced and patient. He is trust worthy and took the time to help me understand my tax needs. I have major tax problems going back 10 years prior to him and have sought help from others but no one has been able to guide me through the process. He is amazing! I am forever appreciative of him.

I used McCollum Tax and Financial Services to assist me with filing my individual tax return this year. I worked directly with Lee McCollum who I found to be very personable and attentive. Lee is a true professional and his comprehensive knowledge of tax accounting is extremely impressive. I left the office with a better understanding of the tax process but more importantly I felt that I found a company I could truly trust. I will continue to work with Lee for my future filings and possibly some financial services as well. I wish there were more companies in the area like McCollum Tax and Financial Services. Honestly, Lee is by far the best tax preparer person I have gone to have my taxes filed. I was referred by my friend and am thankful she told me about him cause I have been going to him each year to file my return. What is advertised is exactly what you get and can expect. He’s not only very knowledgeable but will also provide all upcoming entail on what to be aware of for the following year filing taxes. He makes sure you get the best possible refund but as well helps with all your other financial areas. I promise you you won’t be disappointed.
