Extremely rude and unprofessional. Awful customer service. As soon as I called the receptionist answered and didn’t respond after I told her what services I was looking for just left the line hanging and I hung up and called back. As soon as I started speaking she said “yes ok hold on” and left me on hold again and I was left on the line for 15 mins and no one even tried to help me.

Super trustworthy. Great Service. Kind and Helpful. Bilingual. I have been doing my taxes here for over 10 years. They do such a great job, they serve you in Spanish too. The entire staff is willing to help and break things down for you. Super welcoming and they make you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They do not take advantage of your time and/or pay (I am sure we have all been in a situation where you can tell the rep was not taking time to look into our paperwork or over charging us) Not here. They are affordable and take time with your papers! They truly care. Will highly recommend Martinez Enterprise. I bring my entire family here and close friends.
