3 year doing business here, but also my last, the lady screwed up my taxes and tried to blame some ramdom "they" when she had all the paperwork in front of her, only when I pushed her did she reluctantly said she screwed up but still no apology, will not be returning.

Back in 2021 Martinez Business helped me file my taxes but this years experience was remarkable. My girlfriend needed to file her taxes as well so I brought her along. My portfolio was short sweet and to the point, where as hers took nearly three hours but they went above and beyond to help out and were completely attentive the whole time. Days after our visit her phone rang and it was Martinez Business, they called around to see if she was eligible to collect her stimulus checks that were issued years back. They didn’t have to do that. Needless to say they gained loyal clients. Forget grateful. Thank you Martinez Business!

This morning I called, scheduled an appointment with less than 2 hours notice, and completed my taxes in a timely manner. I was originally referred by my Mother and Step-Father a few years back, and I will be returning next year as well. I have been coming to Martinez Business Services to get my taxes done for more than 7 years. They were recommend to me by my old tax lady who retired. Cecilia and Sergio are kind, hardworking, and efficient. Their prices are very reasonable and I’ve always received my return in a timely manner.
