One of the strangest experiences I’ve ever had contacting a business. Dudes either paranoid or a front. Called this gentleman today, he picked up and I said I’m looking for a new accountant to assist with a business return preparation. His response was “who are you?” I told him my name, and he very bluntly asked who referred you to me? I told him I found him here on google, and he said no thanks I’m not interested and hung up. I was confused, and thought he perhaps misheard me and thought I was a telemarketer. I called back and said sir, I think you misunderstood, I’m looking for an accountant. His response was “I heard you, and I don’t believe you.” Very bizarre way to treat a prospective customer, he sounds paranoid.
