I have heard nothing but wonderful things about Choi from friends of our family. The IRS recently sent me a letter. Let me tell you, when the IRS sends your such a letter you will sweat. According to the letter I owed thousands and I was sweating. I went to Choi by word of mouth. He's amazing! He reammended my 2019 taxes (note: he did not do my 2019 taxes) and now the IRS "owes me". He's very knowable and highly educated. He answered all my questions and explained in great detail what happened and what we need to do to fix the wrong that was done in 2019. Then he was able to obtain records that were "very difficult to obtain" paperwork on the sale of my home. He spent hours of his personal time researching to obtain those records to prove my case against the IRS. I wish I would have hired him to do my taxes in 2019, then I would never have had a problem to begin with.
