DO NOT GO TO THIS TAX SERVICE! Was going here for years, then this year when I started to owe taxes, Lowe said he would set up a payment plan. I have been chasing him and his wife for over 6 months for something I PAID them to do! He said he would set up the installment agreement and failed to do so and had me chasing him for over 6 months instead of just saying he couldn’t do it or forgot. They left me hanging and now I’m chasing the IRS. When I called Liz to express my frustration, she blamed me and started to antagonize me. Absolutely disgusting behavior from what was supposed to be tax professionals. Liz I will not be taking down this review until you apologize - and a genuine apology. You stated that it wasn’t your fault I owed penalties, and interest. This was irrelevant as I was calling you out for failing to properly prepare my returns like you agreee to do. 0 stars and you pay your friends and family for good reviews.

This tax season was the first I got helped from About Tax , Jacob yang was very friendly and very helpful when it came to filling my taxes . I never felt safe taking my taxes to the previous “tax expert “ , but I can tell I will be returning to About Tax next season and many more to come ! I will continue recommending them to my family and friends

My husband and I can say we finally found a home for our taxes needs. Upon entering all are so friendly and welcoming. We didn’t wait too long but I felt even if we had to wait it was worth it. The service and information we got when completing our taxes was very helpful and we understood more than before as Liz went through the lines and explain what she did and what we were able to write off. We will definitely be continuing our business with About Tax for years to come.

Really great customer service and fast. Really great explanation on things that I was curious about. Really broke down the paperwork on what I was getting back and what was getting taken away. Strongly recommend going to this place to get your taxes done.

I usually would file taxes on my own without prior knowledge of how its calculated and why Im refunded a certain amount or why Im owing. I tried About Tax and it was highly professional, they were very thorough with their work, and they provided me the exact calculations for my taxes! I recommend coming here if you want quick, thorough, and accurate tax filing!
