We reduce our clients’ tax burdens – conscientiously, creatively and lawfully. We provide full-service consulting and accounting services for businesses. We counsel and assist businesses that are organizing for the first time or forming new business combinations. And we represent our clients in audits. Our clients include individuals, IT consultants, dentists, physicians, attorneys, and many other small businesses - from sole proprietors to small corporations. We are located in Sacramento and serve both individuals and business from all over the Sacramento Valley, including the communities of Folsom, Orangevale, Rancho Cordova, Fair Oaks, Roseville, Rocklin, Elk Grove, Davis, and Carmichael with all of their tax and accounting needs.
