Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance based on their schedule. The day of appointment(2hrs prior) received a phone call that they double booked and won’t ba able to honor it. Furthermore, they can’t provide services since they had not done my previous accounting. It is mind boggling how 3 weeks ago they where ok knowing what they knew but now they can’t provide services. Unprofessional and inconsiderate!
