This is our second year working with Chris and Mike and I can say with absolute confidence that they are the best. Being in real estate, our taxes are always challenging. Our previous CPA wasn’t up for that challenge and steered us in several wrong directions. With these two putting in some hard work, everything is finally as it should be. Whenever I have a question, I know they have the answer. With their guidance, expertise, and top notch customer service, we can finally breathe a sigh of relief knowing we are in the right hands. I was really happy with the initial help that I received from Paramount. Unfortunately, something went wrong. Just received a letter from the Franchise Tax Board that my shop owes money. Contacted Paramount and at first was told that a mistake was made and my taxes were never filed so it would be taken care of. Then I received a call that they would take care of the penalties and fees but I had to pay the taxes still. I understood at the time that I made my payment to Paramount that I was paying their fees and taxes together. I remember even asking if everything was done and taken care of. Really nice people, but I dont think I will be recommending them in the future.
