Very bad service in tax preparations, and in immigration services, in 2016 they prepared my taxes, they never sent them, I had to make a payment of 2,400 to the IRS office, I have the documents that prove this, in 2015 they prepared immigration services for me They made an improper payment of 450 dollars, on March 06/2024 I requested again that the immigration services prepare the forms and they made the wrong payment for 220 dollars I have sent them messages, phone calls and they do not return my calls or my money I do not recommend them. They charged me 250 dollars to fill out the immigration application, it was filled out and sent with errors, I have been calling them and leaving messages, Mrs. Janet, and Mr. Walter, they do not respond to messages, they are irresponsible people, I do not know how they continue to work with them. I am going to report that business to the better business bureau 👍
