Pricing, good. Work, thorough. Communication with customer, poor. Email communications are confusing and incomplete. Requests for online signatures are confusing and incomplete. Online copies of filings have to be repeatedly requested.
Joe Salazar and his team are responsive, do a thorough and detailed job of tax preparation and assist with tax planning analysis. They have a great system to do your taxes remotely.
