I had a mixed experience with Charlotte Nikolaidis at Paramount Tax & Accounting. While she’s never rude, her level of professionalism is lacking. I've encountered issues that have gone unaddressed for months, including a complete lack of response to my texts since April. It's frustrating to have to repeatedly provide information that was already shared. Although she initially offered helpful guidance, the lack of communication has left me disappointed. I hope for better engagement in the future.

I am grateful to have found Charlotte. I have been self employed for 56 years. Congruently I have had several employers. To say the least my income is a fruit cocktail! Charlotte rapped her head around my issues and the anxiety is gone! I don’t think I will ever have to file extensions again Made a good impression on me and my wife. Most of my previous accounting engagements have either retired or passed away. I have a lifer now.

My CPA tax preparer of many years has gotten so big they missed details and it cost me a $133.05 penalty, they did not provide a simple paperwork fix the IRS offered as an option , they just said we are on vacation and by the time we did communicate they said pay the fine. Charlotte took the time to go over the IRS rules my old tax person did not do, I am so glad to have consulted with a pro and looking forward to working with her this year going forward.
