Such as business/personal taxes, payroll, bookkeeping, irs and ftb audits, workman comp audit and representation to IRS on your behalf etc. Micheal is great explaining his work to his clients. He personally take interest in your business. Not like others places. Who just want your money and throw you under the bus. Micheal will make sure. You understand every aspect of your business. He will work with you to improve your business. He considers you business success as if his success. He will even bring his friends, family and refer others to give you their business. Excellent skills in networking anyone can learn from him. Especially if you own a restaurant . He loves to eat good food. You can tell by looking at him. He has a good sense of humor too.
