This day I went with the intention of doing my taxes but I had a bad experience, when I entered the office there was not a simple greeting from the girl at the entrance of the office who only asked me my name and by not telling me I didnt even ask her where I should wait, after standing for a while and she simply, without looking at me, answered me in an arrogant manner that she was in the back. When I sat down I considered it better to leave that place, this was going to be the second time doing my taxes there but I dont think I will go again because the way of serving is not what a client expects.

I have let them prepared my taxes for more than 7 years and Mr. Arenas and family are the best even answering my questions or concerns in other matters
