I waited an hour and a half after my appointment time for them to tell me that I had to request who would help me even though I’ve been going there for years and the girl who made my appointment was just hurrying up to try and get me off the phone Never going there again They wanted me to wait longer with my 2 year old till she had time to see me

The waiting period might take a long time but the return on your income tax will be worth your while . Angelica takes time to prepare your taxes and make sure you get the best return possible. If you want to avoid waiting make an appointment

This used to be a reliable place to do your taxes. Unfortunately the last few years they placed our taxes in the hands of unreliable, novice tax preparers. Just got a notice that we owe due to changes they made without notifying us. Best avoid for now.
