I’m a smallish general contractor. My business has a lot of moving parts, as our industry covers a wide variety of trades in both residential and commercial building. Running our day to day operations utilizes the every last minute of daylight for us and often times into the night, as we are also an emergency services provider. That’s why I desperately needed a trustworthy all-in-house financial services firm to help me make sense of the business end. ASGCPA is that company. I have been a thorn in their side from day one with my messy books, my business taxes mis-management and my endless questions. They graciously and professionally helped me sort through every step. They even helped me handle what seemed to me to be an impossible tax situation, discovering errors from my previous accountant that would’ve cost me thousands of dollars. What a joke!!!!!! Well unfornuatly the jokes on us ~ a small company trying to learn and grow. They promised us to have all of our books done and organized quickly. They we’re going to make sure we got reports knowing we wanted to purchase a home, learn about what we can do differently in our company ect. They have done absolutely nothing for six months but yet we had to pay them $5000 they can’t even login to the bank account without getting us locked out of our bank account because they can’t remember the passwords or even the appropriate email to correspond with us. This was the biggest joke of an accounting company I have ever seen in my life. I cannot tell you how many times I have told them our login for the bank not only that I have told them at least 10 times that I needed documentation and reports in order to see what we could do differently with in our company . We look like absolute fools having nothing to show and nothing completed after six months. We gave them access to every account every credit card and all the information they needed now six months later they’re trying to tell us they’re going to get it done and yet ask ask us once again what our logins (are you joking)!!! I’ve been trying to get educational information about our company and learn what we might need to change however I’ve gotten is nothing but aggravation. And now they want to try to tell me that I cannot get our deposit back yet they’ve done absolutely nothing for six months. It’s really sad that they get away with doing this to small companies when we go to them looking for advice and education. Then mike responded stating that he couldn’t believe we were so upset over an email address being wrong . No mike we are rightfully upset for the fact that you’ve had our information for six months now and have done absolutely nothing not only that but there has been no communication in fact you guys don’t even and have never even asked what vehicles we use to depreciate every month nor do you even know our vendors ect. It’s been six months I’ve been more than patient you need to do the right thing and give us our deposit back and let us go to an account that will actually care about our company.
