Poor communication, customer service. Stacy is always out of the office. It takes her days or even weeks to respond back to you. Do not trust this company should be at a 4 star rating considering of the lack of communication and services my husband has received.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Lang Account Services!!! EVERYONE on the staff is stellar, professional and efficient. I have been with them a few months and frankly I have been impressed since day one. Having worked with several other firms both large and small, I can say with confidence Lang Accounting is excellent. I never have to ask for monthly records, everything is on a schedule that I can easily manage and afford. Perfect fit for SMB with several monthly plans to choose from.

Where to begin! I used Lang Accounting for close to 4 years. Communication is slow and spotty. Numerous attempts need to be made to receive answers to questions. At one point they didn't run my payroll and when I inquired, was told it was due to a computer glitch and did I want them to try again. Well yes! I need to be paid. Several times the ball was dropped and things fell through the cracks. I would not recommend them for business purposes. When I emailed them to terminate our relationship I was sent a nasty email back as if they were firing me. Very unprofessional!!
