Our experience with this CPA was absolutely horrible. Nothing was done correctly and we're stuck now fixing all of the mistakes. Some of the mistakes were as simple as not marking a tax form correctly and happened multiple times. I'm not sure how they are still in business are able to "help" people with their taxes. Please do not put yourself through this. It's a nightmare and even after parting ways we're still finding out more that was done wrong. Also when you question things that are not making sense, she gets offended and takes it persona which was huge red flag. Luckily our new CPA dove in and un-did most of what they messed up and we're finally getting back on track. Sucks we paid for this mess but... you live and you learn.

Explained how tired I am of accountants never having any time for clients. They totally sold me. Once the collected $600 as a deposit they ignore you and never respond to emails. Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone during and after tax season. Worst tax experience I’ve ever had. Especially for $1200. I’d rather pay $400 to my previous accountant and receive the same treatment.

Absolutely phenomenal service! Going after a dream can be a daunting task not knowing which business to select. However, Pat and her genuine care for me and my dream has created a lifelong partnership. She wakes me through the LLC process, provided context for when a shift in filing status would be needed, offered accounting, payroll services when needed. She is the BEST!
