Robert Packard did my taxes for the last 6 plus years. Unfortunately, after he retired, the customer service diminished significantly, specifically Michael. I'm abhorred by Michael's careless, unprofessional, and irresponsible behavior. I provided documentation for an amendment and did not hear back for nearly a year. The IRS was contacting me regarding filing, which I thought was taken care of. He stated he would call back numerous times to update me and never did. Furthermore, I'm a new business and had numerous write-offs, which I was never informed of, even though I asked questions and provided documentation. The people who "took over" for Mr. Packard provides subpar customer service. I finally went down and picked up my paperwork and will never do business with them again.

TJ has been helping with my taxes for a number of years. He is professional and keeps me updated throughout the process. My taxes are always completed in a timely manner. TJ takes the time to explain changes from the previous year and answer my questions. I appreciate the great service I receive from Packard, Appleby & Rogers and would recommend them to anyone!

I have know Robert Packard and his TJ son for over a decade. You would be hard pressed to find a more trust worth group of individuals to trust with you tax prep needs!
