Slow communications. sent 8 tax returns to our home - no signature required - left outside our door for a package thief to have 8 social security numbers to steal. UNBELIEVABLE.

They have been doing our taxes for many years and are great. I would recommend them to anyone with a small business or an individual who needs tax help to use appenzeller and associate

They handled my back taxes for my sisters estate in the most efficient and timely manor. The completed package was tidy and easy to follow. They completed six years of past due State and Federal taxes resulting in only one year of Federal tax due, this resulted in 11 years of refunds due. A GREAT JOB well done.

I've worked with Barbara, Roberta and Robin for 14 yrs. They've always been accessible and available for questions over the course of a year and quick to turn around documents. They have been able to work with a client that tends to be very last minute and constantly trying to play catch up to beat the tax deadlines. Grateful for there team and workmanship!

If you're a small business owner you have to talk to Barb and her crew. They are professional and up to date on all the current tax regulations. Let them take over your business tax headaches like they did mine.

Quality organization. They handle our family business taxes as well as our personal taxes. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Barb and her team are the ultimate professionals and we trust them fully. That's tough to come by.
