Katrina did everything she could to help me with my taxes. Even though the computers stop on her, she put up a fight to make sure the job was completed. 😊

in and out, nice ladies. only issue was that I was told $225 at first - understanding it was more because it was several w2s. then she told me that she would do it for $200. when all is said and done I end up paying $285. In a lobby with other patrons, i just sucked it up with no questions, and at least I actually have a refund this year so that's good. I think ill jump on the turbo tax wagon next year.
