Had appointment scheduled for 4 pm and it was closed when I showed up. Called to see what was up and nobody answered the phone

Never responds to emails that the liberty app uses for communication. After downloading info, still having to go to office to sign etc, waited a month and no communication on the waiting status. Did TurboTax online with a person in less than an hour had everything done and already accepted by Fed so far. Liberty WB was a complete waste of time.
