I’ve been working with Brandon and his team for years now. I would never trust anyone else with my business or personal taxes. They are truly the best and make my life so easy (shout out to Rachel for always organizing and balancing my books). We have gone to a new person this year and after sitting with her, I've realized how much as missed on our prior year's taxes. I feel I was just a quick in and out even though my husband and I had asked several times what else we could do. Our new person is taking the time to do ALL of our deductions and even noticed we were not getting the lottery credit on our tax bill. Brandon had outdated information in our forms even though he knew we bought a house. If I could leave zero stars I would. Who knows how much money we've paid into Fed and State that was unneeded. NOT a Dave Ramsey ELP or should not be. Shameful and not helpful at all for sole proprietors at least.

Wish I could give zero stars. This company has not responded to my web inquiry or phone call - all over the span of a month. To me, this indicates they do not want new clients and do not have the decency to respond letting them know that. What kind of customer service is this? Negative Responsiveness, Professionalism
