last year, I told them I needed to do back taxes. They told me I had to get bank statements to get the exact deposit amounts, the statements were sent to their office last year march. They never did anything with them. I kept calling kept emailing they kept telling me to get back to me, and she repeatedly kept telling me she would she would she would get back to me and then today she tells me they needed to be done last year in order to get the refund her neck legends she clearly let me know that I was not a priority whatsoever. She never returns emails or phone calls to constantly call and get through So unprofessional and all she had to say was, “I don’t know what to tell you”

I have never ever had any difficulties with my taxes ever. I just found out that the irs had rejected my taxes for what reason I have no n idea. If I wouldn't have called I wouldn't have known. I filled electronic filing and it's been 3 weeks going on 4.
