Rarely do I do reviews and try to only post publicly, the positive ones, but this is a special circumstance and was considering removing it once I had a resolution but then… there was a phone call and I admit I was not also the politest. I dropped my taxes off in I believe in February. Small business but it’s just my expenses and pay I received. I hear nothing until July (may have been June not sure), “Hello Mr.. “Not my name” we have your taxes completed and you can collect them”. I told them that’s not me and as she started to end the call I said but wait you do have my taxes and I haven’t heard back at all since dropping them off” Oh well ok that weird, I’ll call you back. Little later she calls and say rep (can’t remember name) has then and we filed an extension on your behalf… and “Mr blank Associate” will call you. He did and we discussed what is was doing “like he was looking at them for the first time… it’s July! Any case we cleared it up and he said he’d be in touch… Flash forward to Sep 24 2024, Tuesday, still no word I went to collect my taxes and they don’t have them. Have the nice lady behind the desk my spiel and she goes in back for 10 min. Second polite but concerned man, “Blank Ass… has them and he’s gone till Thursday, we will contact you then….” ”Oct 15 is the deadline”, I told them, “and I want my Taxes please contact me Thursday in will collect my papers.” They took my information and It’s now Saturday Sep 28th and no word. Today they are closed and I left a message… I have to see if their is anyone else who have had their stuff lost or poor communication? I mean this is what i dropped them off in. lol ****update**** I did just receive a call from the specific individual, it didn’t go well (both sides admittedly) and I am collecting my taxes on Monday. He stated that they were in a “Needing more information” area of the office; that it was awaiting further information from me which I was not aware of. Firstly: if they were in a “general public location” then why didn’t they give me them on Tuesday and make me wait? Secondly I can concede that they told me that in July, I also believe what they are asking for is there in the packet and I would have sent it right then if it’s not… However, it’s now end of September…. Do we follow up with our clients? Also could have avoided this post by calling me before today as your team indicated you would. Had I not left this review, you wouldn’t have even called today… I am moving on asked him to as well and that’s that. See pics

Felle & Beck have done our taxes now for the last several years.
