After this post he contacted me. Very nice conversation. yes, keep family out of your business. If it only would have continued to this as in the beginning when I first started to use him. Although I won't go back. I wish him the best. It was great when he ran it but family? Wife was rude , says conversation that's not true. So I fired them and went somewhere else. Wife??? Mama Bear she is comes out and attacks. No raise of my voice, wife said I did . Anyone who knows me knows it is not my nature. All I wanted was a simple answer why they put an extension on a simple file tax return. They told me they were busy. Okay but then when it came to tax time nobody called me to tell me they were ready. So when I called back and asked the wife said her daughter said I raised my voice. Basically what it came down to mama bear was going to attack and she wasn't willing to even talk.

I had a horrible experience at this firm and wouldn’t return if they paid me. They handled my simple tax return in an unorganized, unresponsive, and unprofessional method. Despite having all the necessary 1099’s by March 3rd it took 5 calls by me in the last two weeks to get the status of completion. I was able to pick up the return with only hours remaking to avoid a late fee from the IRS. They mislead me about their fees and never followed through on writing a letter regarding an overpayment from a previous tax year

First years were good, our last year was not. Months behind on deadlines and paid for the year for 1 zoom meeting, and our QuickBooks to be completely wrong. Took a new accountant months to fix the issues and we still had to pay them even though someone else fixed all the mistakes we ran into and filed for us.

I used to go here for years up until last year. I made an appointment to have my taxes done months in advance, then the day before they cancelled my appointment and said they had other quotas they had to meet. Then they had to file an extension because they were behind on getting it done, they charged me the same price, $500 to do two peoples taxes. They also messed up my family members taxes and told him he had to pay in thousands of dollars, he went elsewhere and it wasn’t even close, which is terrifying to make an error like that. Don’t recommend.

I have been waiting for a tax return from 2019. I contacted them several times to figure out what is holding it up since it was hard to get through to the IRS. They never followed through or got back to me. I finally got ahold of the IRS myself and found out they neglected to file a simple form. I paid way to much to have to do their job. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Value
