Exact Accounting did a fantastic job with my taxes. The IRS sent me letters saying I owed thousands of dollars and it was only one thousand and I ended up getting a significant amount of money back.

Exact Accounting & Financial Services has done an outstanding job on our taxes for the past (5) years. Greg Thomas is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Emily, at the front desk, is great, personable and helpful. I would recommend Exact Accounting for your tax needs. Karen K., Sun Prairie

So I was with a tax form called jd tax law they put me on a payment plan of 25.00 a month tried a offer and compromise and prepared my taxes for 7 years. My family wanted me to get someone in town. Jd tax law in Florida they only charged me 900.00 everything including all offer compromise and everything stated so I made a huge mistake I look in yellow pages I find exact accounting and Lynn Mason a partner there 4 years ago. She left me believing everything included offer and compromise taxes if any audits etc for some of 1700 I'm on disability they really took me so at first she said I would owe nothing. And then all of a sudden 8000 and now 4 yeares later because of penatys to interest etc ballooned to 46 k. She said ignore you will owe 700 less when I do offer and compromise incled lies she leaves on bad terms April 2022 I get no letters from office nothing so I started getting IRS letter again new partner Greg said that doesn't include offer and compromise that would be 3500 more believe this

Booked meeting online and called to confirm. Did not hear from them for 2 days, and then suddenly an hour before the meeting I got an email cancelling the meeting.

Just try to get someone to call you back. They emailed me a copy of my taxes but its locked with a password. I have called and emailed them many many times and no call back. This is causing me a lot of problems. I do not recommend.

I've left several messages with both the front desk and the CPAs voicemail over the last few months and never get calls back. Everytime I call I get one of two responses of either not here today or hasn't come into the office yet. Highly recommend finding someone else.

I have my taxes prepared here. Maurice Falcon is great to have as my accountant. I would recommend this firm for tax preparation and any of the other financial services they provide. Very competitive fee structure.

If you want to overpay, not get answers, and be blown off, I suggest using Maurice and his team of expendables. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The service from Exact Accounting & financial services has been excellent and faultless for me. They are no doubt the best CPA firm in Madison.
