I’m very disappointed in the service I received from Consulting Services! The lack of professionalism and concern have been a challenge for me to accept! An apology goes a long ways! When I brought my concerns up they were dismissed! Now when my 2019 taxes are finally completed in Jan of 2021 with a $3500 refund error and no apology is given I find myself hurt and upset! A service was paid for! $275 to be exact! No stimulus received in Nov because taxes were not completed due to mis communication, lost emails and personal crisis on behalf of Tax Preparer! You hire a tax consultant to do your taxes because this is something that you do not specialize in and you expect them to be professional, efficient and organized! This office has been in business for many years, I’m sure with many Satisfied clients… unfortunately I am not one of them!

I have been coming to consulting services , for almost 17 years .... Jamie started doing my tax returns a few years ago in addition to reconciling my business accounts (QuickBooks is not my friend) her knowledge and professionalism always calms me. These are great accountants in Madison WI, I think that sometimes it takes longer because people do not have their information ready or things change but overall they are very good at what they do.

Waste of time - My first time ever going to see this accounting firm. Set up appointment yesterday for today at 11:30 am. Got there, he was not there but secretary/support staff said she had called him and that he was on his way. Waited 10 minutes, no one showed up. I left. Not a very good first impression.

Jamie and Bill are the only accountants in Madison I will work with. They are patient, I never feel rushed and I am happy to recommend them to anyone I do business with and have. This is a family owned accounting firm in Madison and you can still see how they give you that extra touch.
